DIP is excited to welcome Shawndra Bishop to the DIP/ IMC family!

Shawndra was born and raised in Delta, Colorado where Innovative Manufacturing Company is located. She has been part of our team since October. She has learned a lot while assisting in customer service for DIP Company and is now taking orders over the phone, via email and fax, along with order tracking and answering any questions our customers may have. When not processing orders for DIP, she helps assemble products at IMC and assists Ronda with the office manager duties.

Shawndra grew up riding horses and participating in every sport she could play. She participated in Little Britches Rodeo and gymkhanas and won lots of belt buckles and ribbons while doing these events.  Due to horse involved injuries, she stopped riding at the age of 14. Shawndra loves the small town life and thinks it’s the perfect way to raise her three year old son, Treygan. She loves watching him grow and learn new things every day. One of Treygan’s favorite things to tell her is “Mom I’m not your son, I’m Batman and you have to call me that!” He has a great imagination and thinks he’s invincible! Their favorite thing to do is travel, especially to professional sporting events, along with the simple things, such as movies, coloring, and going to the park.
